This is a FABULOUS manual that will enable you to build, from the ground up, a perfect bicycle frame that fits you, and is designed for your body proportions. There are a large number of charts and graphs, dealing with all the different angles rrequired to come up with a bicycle frame and fork combination that is the ultimate in stability, maneuverability, and style for what YOU want. Much of the information here has been compiled and published for the first time, and is not available anywhere else.
Ed Foster has been building bikes for years, ranging from appocolyptic survival bikes, to customer racers, to duplicates of bicycles from the 1890's.
His work has been widely displayed and collected, and even a superficial examination of one of his bikes shows his engineering skill and craftsmanship. He was the founder of "La Suprema" handcrafted bikes in Tucson, Arizona.
