Would not have bought if had chance to brouse through the book before buying it. Pictures are of poor quality and prices are far from real, much too high.

You get exactly what the title reads. You can read it all the way thru or you can use it like an encyclopedia. Well done. It should be on every serious gun collectors book shelf.

Great catalog

I bought his book for my husband, who collects antique military firearms. Being 26, he's very computer savvy and looks everything up on the Internet. The man loves his CMP forums. I got this as a filler gift for Valentines day and didn't really expect him to use it too much. He actually finds it very useful. His father is always traveling and buying guns and needs quick reference checks, serial # identification and price quotes and with this book my husband is able to look everything up and give accurate info over the phone. The book is really detailed with gun specifications and country information. It is full of information that is readily available on the Internet, but the book is really handy because it is all right there and, so far, accurate.
