R. Karl Hebenstreit, PhD has over twenty years of expertise in organization, leadership, and workforce development; training; talent acquisition and staffing; and career and change management in numerous industries and sectors.
He received his PhD in Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology, his Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and Labor Relations, his Bachelor’s in Psychology, French, and Political Science from Rutgers College, and his ICF coaching certification from Fielding Graduate University.
His work experience has been amassed at Merck, Bellcore, AT&T, Lee Hecht Harrison, Cushman & Wakefield, Kaiser Permanente, EMC², and Bio-Rad Laboratories. In addition, he has helped high-profile clients at Cisco, Sony Playstation, and United Airlines achieve their potential for success through strategic planning, professional growth, team development, and interpersonal effectiveness enhancement.

Excellent guide to understanding and making organizational improvements based on employee Enneagram types

This book offers easy-to-follow steps to implement Enneagram in any business. The explanations of the nine Enneagram types are clear, and the practitioner's notes throughout are very helpful for putting this powerful tool and methodology to use. The author clearly lays out how Enneagram can positively impact so many aspects of an organization: recruiting, engagement, employee retention, communication, strategic planning, etc. It's a fantastic guide/book.

The book is a great read for anyone looking to enhance their team. Enneagram is one of the best tools I've used to create alignment and understanding among teams. Karl's text gives details, examples and insights that are useful and easy to relate to your own business environment. I highly recommend this book to managers and HR/OD leaders!
